I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor with a strong background in expressive arts therapy. My  clinical approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and solution focused; believing that conflicts and traumas can be resolved/healed using the strengths a person possesses. Part of my role is helping individuals to discover their positive attributes and find ways to utilize them. When working with families, the same approach is used to support positive family relationships and improve communication.

As a Registered Play Therapist, I am able to use play to work with children and their families to increase attachment, decrease negative behaviors, and improve overall family dynamics. I am also trained in Child- Parent Relationship Therapy, Theraplay, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
